Terms and conditions for holiday let of above property

  1. Letting commences at 4pm on the day of arrival and terminates at 10am on the day of departure. The house is let for holiday purposes only.

  2. A firm booking is accepted following a written request either by email or letter. A deposit of £100 per week is payable when a booking is made. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to commencement of the letting period. For bookings of less than 4 weeks full payment is required. Cheques drawn on a UK bank account, bank transfer or cash are acceptable.

  3. If a cancellation is made by the client we will seek to re-let the property for the period of the let. If successful a full refund will be made, if not the deposit will be forfeited by the client. If a cancellation occurs less than four weeks prior to hire and we are unable to re-let for the period the full fee will be forfeited by the client.

  4. Electricity, bedlinen and towels are included in the weekly tariffs quoted.

  5. If there is any cause for complaint during or after the period of letting, please let us know immediately.

  6. We would also welcome any feedback that may help us to improve our service to future guests so please let us know if you have any suggestions or comments.

  7. The number of persons occupying the property should not exceed the maximum of three persons. Sub-letting is strictly prohibited.

  8. The client shall take reasonable and proper care of the property, its fixtures and fittings, in and around the property and leave them in the same clean and tidy condition and state of repair at the end of the letting period as at the beginning.

  9. If any items are damaged we kindly ask that they should be replaced or appropriately remunerated for. Please advise us of any breakages or damage that may have occurred during your stay.

  10. The owners shall have no liability for any death, personal injury, damage or loss of personal property.

  11. The property is strictly no smoking.
